We run an in-house membership plan: two cleanings, two exams, X-rays and a discount on any other treatment for a flat annual fee. No deductibles, no annual maximum, no waiting periods.

Most adult cases run 9–14 months. Simple crowding can finish in six. You'll see the projected end date in the digital plan before you commit.

No — peroxide whitening doesn't soften enamel at professional concentrations. Sensitivity during treatment is common and temporary; we pre-treat with a desensitising gel if you're prone to it.

In most cases, yes, and in one appointment. We'd rather keep your own root than sell you an implant; where the crack extends below the bone, though, an extraction is the honest answer.

No. Bleeding means inflammation, and it's the earliest reversible stage of gum disease. Caught now it's a deep cleaning; ignored for two years it becomes bone loss you can't get back.

Tell us when you book and we'll schedule extra time. Options range from numbing gel before the needle and nitrous oxide, to oral sedation where you remember very little. We also agree a hand signal that stops treatment immediately — and we honour it.

Severe pain, facial swelling, a knocked-out or badly cracked tooth, a lost crown on a sensitive tooth, or bleeding that won't stop. Swelling that reaches your eye or throat is an emergency-room visit, not a dental one.

Hold it by the crown, not the root. Rinse gently in milk or saline if it's dirty, then either reseat it in the socket or keep it in milk and call us immediately. Replanting within an hour has the best chance.
