We are in-network with most major PPO plans and file out-of-network claims for the rest. Send us your card photo and we'll verify your benefits before the visit.
We run an in-house membership plan covering two cleanings, exams, X-rays and a discount on any treatment for a flat annual fee. Third-party payment plans are also available.
Weekday emergency slots are held until 3pm. Call rather than emailing — the phone gets you a chair.
Chairs start at 7:30am Monday through Friday, which is the slot most working patients ask for. Book those a couple of weeks out.
